Instructions:

For the curd dumplings, mix the curd with melted butter until smooth.

Stir in the egg and yolks and mix again until smooth.

Then stir in the flour, pinch of salt and rum. Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 – 60 minutes and then make into curd dumplings.
