Clean the young onion and cut into fine rings. Divide smoked salmon into small pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the flesh from the skin and cut into wedges.

Roll out tarte flambée dough, spread with crème fraiche, spread smoked salmon on top, sprinkle young onion rings on top, place avocado wedges on top, grind pepper on top.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C and bake the tarte flambée for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
