For the couscous with bacon, pour boiling water or vegetable soup over the couscous and let it swell. After swelling (about 5-10 minutes), the couscous can be seasoned to taste.
I mixed in 2 tablespoons of brunch. Toast almond slivers in a pan and then add to the couscous. Add raisins. Sauté bacon in a skillet.
Arrange the couscous, garnish with bacon and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Then enjoy with sour cream.
