For the whole wheat beer waffles with rosemary, mix well rosemary, flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Incorporate beer, eggs and oil and mix on medium speed until homogeneous.

Pour the batter in batches into a hot and greased waffle iron and bake into golden brown waffles. Serve the whole wheat beer waffles with rosemary.
