Walnut Stars

Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, salt and egg yolks until creamy. Fold in flour and chill the dough. Roll out dough and cut out stars. Bake at 180 °C for about 12 to 15 minutes. Then brush with apricot jam.

Cut out marzipan stars and place them on top of the jam. Finally, brush with chocolate icing and decorate with half a walnut.

Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending, use whichever tastes better to you.
