For the walnut baguette with onion chutney and brie, cut the baguette in half. Spread both halves with onion chutney and top with arugula.
Cut the Brie into 5 slightly thicker slices. Place this on one half of the baguette, sprinkle with a little black pepper from the mill and place the lid on the walnut baguette with onion chutney and brie.
