Look forward to this fine asparagus recipe:
1. peel white asparagus spears. Cut ends into small pieces and rinse. For green asparagus, peel off lower third, cut ends into small pieces and rinse asparagus. Boil plenty of salted water with 1 tbsp. butter and 1 pinch of sugar. Cook white asparagus for 15-20 minutes and green asparagus for 8-10 minutes. Drain and cut in half lengthwise. Season roulades with salt and season with pepper. Rinse and chop rosemary. Stir through with pine nuts, cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. spread meat with cream cheese and place asparagus sections on top, roll up and pin with wooden skewers.
Fry roulades in hot oil on all sides. Dust with flour, pour port wine and cook at low temperature for about 15 min. bring everything together to the table.
