Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry briefly and hot in the hot oil. Remove from the frying pan and keep warm.

Pour off the oil and heat the butter in the frying pan. Sauté onion and mushrooms in it. Season lightly with salt and pepper, pour wine and cook until half done. Then add cream and cook to desired thickness.

Meat in the sauce form, heat, season and bring to the table sprinkled with parsley.
