Tuna with Curry Fried and Couscous

For the curry coriander, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, fennel seeds, chili, ginger, cardamom and black pepper in a mortar form and grind well. Season the tuna steaks with salt , pepper and the homemade curry and sprinkle with a little sugar. Sauté the tuna in a frying pan with olive oil on both sides for 5 minutes. Now take it out and keep it warm.

Cut the bell bell pepper into fine cubes. Sauté a diced shallot in a saucepan with olive oil. Add the couscous and add enough beef broth to make a loose paste. Let it boil once, then pull the saucepan off the stove and let it stand for a few min. Stir in diced peppers and season with bell pepper and salt.

Sauté the remaining shallots in a frying pan with olive oil and season with pepper and salt.

Tuna briefly under the grill snake form just before serving. Next, arrange on plates, form the shallots on top and bring to the table with the couscous.
