For the Toffifee heart, use an empty sour cream cup as a measure. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease one large or 4 small heart molds.
First beat the oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until fluffy. Then mix in the grated hazelnuts, cocoa and sour cream.
Finally, fold in the flour mixed with baking powder and pour the mixture into the cake pans. Bake at top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes and decorate the Toffifee heart with cream or whipped cream and lots of Toffifee.
