Instructions:

For sweet rice pancakes, wash the apple, remove the core and grate.

Cook the rice according to instructions. Whisk egg, flour, salt, nutmeg and honey until smooth. Stir in grated apple and rice.

Melt butter in a pan and fry rice pancakes in batches on both sides. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon, sift over pancakes and roll up.

Serve sweet rice pancakes.
