Instructions:

Chicken rinse under cold water and dry with paper towels. Ham finely cut into cubes, mix with washed currants, grated white bread.

Mix eggs, chop parsley, both add to the ham form.

Mix everything well and season. Melt clarified butter in a frying pan and pour in the quantity. Stir-fry for 3 minutes on 2 or automatic cooking plate 7-9.

Fill chicken with mixture and close openings with toothpicks or sew with cotton thread. Put the chicken with the breast side up on the roasting rack and put it together with the fat pan into the oven.

Serve with fresh summer vegetables.

190-210 °C , middle rack

160-180 °C , convection oven
