Hard eggs, peel and wrap in the ham slices, hold together with a thread. Make fat hot and fry the roulades in it. Close the saucepan with a lid and open it after 10 minutes, then the dish is ready. Take out the roulades and thicken the sauce with cooled flour, add water if desired. A simple but very tasty dish that can be made quickly.

Cooking time: 10 min.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
