For roasted almonds boil the water together with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla sugar in a hot pan. When everything boils, add the almonds and stir well.

It often happens here that the sugar sticks, then just keep stirring until the sugar becomes liquid again and threads can be drawn.

As soon as the threads start to form, immediately place the almonds on a greased baking tray with baking paper and separate them so that the almonds do not stick to each other. Let cool on the tray.
