For the rice meat, chop the onion and bell bell pepper and sauté in a little canola oil. Cut the pseudo lung roast into cubes, add salt and pepper and then add to the onion and bell bell pepper in the pot.
Brown the meat and add the tablespoon of tomato paste. Add water, rice, peas and the soup cube.
Add the 3 tablespoons of paprika powder, more or less according to taste. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer on low heat until the rice has absorbed almost all of the water.
Then place in the preheated oven at approx. 90 °C and leave to stand for approx. 20 minutes.
