For the spread, pound the lentils or beans right in the can with a suitable piece of wood and then, for the creamy consistency, fold in sips of water or oil until the perfect spreadability is achieved.
Now season with very finely chopped onion, garlic and equally finely chopped wild herbs. Last but not least, season the spread with salt and pepper.
Then fill the ribwort leaves with the spread and form rolls. Fix them with small wooden sticks or plant stems and they are ready to enjoy.
