For the ribbon noodles with cabbage, first cook the noodles al dente according to package instructions. Slice the cabbage. Chop the onion, finely dice the bacon and sauté both with the cabbage in a little fat in a large, deep frying pan until soft, almost toasted. Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
Add the drained noodles and continue to fry until brown. Sprinkle the ribbon noodles with cabbage with parsley or chives and serve immediately.
