For Pork Wraps with Cucumber Relish, first season the pork chops with salt and pepper, brush with a little lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle with dried rosemary. Fry in a hot pan on both sides. Lift out and keep warm for a short time.
Mix remaining olive oil and lemon juice with crumbled feta. Stir in diced cucumber and onion and season with salt and pepper.
