Instructions:

Melt the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix the flour and form an indentation in the center. Add the water with the yeast, the oil, salt and sugar to the bulge and knead with the flour to a smooth dough. Let the yeast dough rise once in a warm place, then prepare it as desired into party rolls.

Party Buns: Divide the yeast dough into small portions. Vary the dough by adding different ingredients, e.g. roasted onions, bacon: Roasted onions, bacon cubes, thyme, sunflower seeds, walnuts, … Form small balls from the dough and place them in a circle with a small distance between them in a greased baking dish with a rim. Cover and let rise in a warm place. Before baking, sprinkle the party rolls with water and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about half an hour.

Italian grissini: roll out the yeast dough thinly and cut into long strips. Go the grissini on a tray, brush with water before baking. Next, bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until crispy. The grissini can be served with Italian antipasti or wrapped with Parma ham.

Mini pizzas: Roll out the yeast dough thinly and cut out circles. Top the mini pizzas as usual and as desired and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
