For the ham-cheese-herbs breakfast croissants from the hot air fryer, first wash the herbs, dry well and chop finely. Finely dice the ham and cheese and mix with the herbs and sour cream.
Beat the eggs to coat.
Spread out the puff pastry. Cut lengthwise into three strips. Cut triangles out of them. Brush with the beaten eggs. Spread the ham and cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll the triangles into croissants. Brush with egg on the outside as well.
Place the ham and cheese breakfast croissant from the hot air fryer on the (greased) griddle and bake in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 160 °C for about 20 minutes.
