Instructions:

Preheat the kitchen stove to 190 degrees. For the casserole, heat light butter or water, if desired, in a skillet over medium heat. Roast peppers, celery, onions and garlic until soft, 5-7 minutes. In a large baking bowl, mix vegetables with remaining ingredients. Form into a greased gratin dish and bake for about 40 minutes. For the sauce, heat light butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion in it for a few minutes, then add flour and garlic salt and saute for another 8-9 minutes.

Dissolve cornstarch in water or clear soup. Stir the cornflour into the onion mixture and let it boil. Simmer on low heat for 10 min and add yeast extract, soy sauce and pepper.

Simmer for a few minutes on low heat, stirring continuously, and bring to the table warm with the “roast”.
