A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Clean the men’s mushrooms: first scrape them with a peeler, then grate them with a wet crockery hanger. Cut them into slices and fry them with the chopped onion and a little oil in a large frying pan. Add the diced tomato pulp, salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.

Then add the cooked gnocchi and fry briefly, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.

Serve with a winey, light dry red wine Trentino Marzemino, Morellino di Scansano, Lamezia Rosso.
