For the garlic butter, warm the butter to room temperature. Peel and press or finely chop garlic. Finely chop parsley and squeeze lemon.

Beat butter with hand mixer until smooth, adding garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste. Pour garlic butter into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
