For the baked fruit salad, beat the egg whites with the sugar until firm.

Cut the fruit into small cubes and mix with the honey and vanilla pulp. Divide among four tart pans and spread the beaten egg whites on top.

Bake at 120°C for about 60 minutes.

Remove the baked fruit salad from the oven, allow to cool briefly and serve immediately.
