For the fried bananas, first peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat the soybean oil in a pan, filled about 1cm high, to fry.
Mix the almonds with the coconut oil on a deep plate.
Drizzle the bananas with the honey and then roll them in the almond-coconut mixture.
Then add them to the pan and fry them on both sides for about 2 minutes, until lightly browned.
Drain the fried bananas on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
