For the Danube waves, first prepare the dough mixture. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a food processor. Mix flour and baking powder, sift and add while stirring slowly.
Now watch: Empty out half of the mixture into an extra bowl and stir the cocoa into this one part.
Spread the light batter on a greased, floured baking sheet. Spread the dark batter on top and smooth it out.
Spread the sour cherries evenly on the surface.
Place the tray in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
While the base is in the oven, you can prepare the cream and the glaze.
For the cream, cook the pudding with the milk and sugar according to the package instructions, let cool and mix with the butter and lemon juice.
Let the base cool before spreading the cream on it.
For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate and coconut oil and pour over the cream-smeared base to finish.
Let harden, refrigerate and enjoy the Danube waves!
