Christmas Marshmallow Figures

For the Christmas marshmallow figures, first make the Marshallow reindeer. To do this, break the pretzels into pieces so that they look like the antlers. Divide soletti sticks into four equal pieces.

Stick two marshmallows together (either with toothpicks or with soletti) so that they form the head and the body. Stick the two “antlers” into the head and stick four soletti into each marshmallow body as legs.

Using colored sugar paints or sugar writing, paint on the faces. For the eyes, attach ready-made sugar eyes with sugar water or with sugar writing. You can shape the nose with fondant or marzipan or just paint it on as well.

For the marshmallow snowman, pin three marshmallows together (best done with toothpicks, or likewise with soletti or with stikato sticks). For the bottom, take any cookie and place the snowman on top. Attach with sugar writing or sugar water.
