For the Christmas biscuits, cream together butter, hazelnut nougat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Gradually beat in the eggs. Finally, stir in the flour. Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe bushels onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. When the biscuits have cooled down, fill them with nut nougat.
Color the egg white glaze and decorate the Christmas biscuits as desired.
