Instructions:

2 soup spoons of paradeis pulp parsley, or chives.

Season the washed beef in one piece with salt, season with pepper and fry in butter, lard or possibly light butter. Fill up with bread kvass in the frying pan and cook on a low flame or possibly in the brook. If necessary, add a little kvass or hot water at intervals.

Prepare a red sauce from the clear soup in which the meat was stewed, and add the vegetables cooked in the piece, cut into small cubes, and the parade ice pulp.

To serve, cut the meat into portions, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.

Serve with boiled potatoes or long-grain rice. A raw vegetable salad should not be forgotten.
