Cut meat into tender strips. Remove the peel from the celery, cut into sticks. Cut peeled onion and lemon into slices.
Make a broth from onion and lemon slices, peppercorns and water (1), blanch celery sticks in it.
Heat oil. Brown the meat in it. Peel garlic clove and cut into slices.
Cut bell bell pepper into cubes. Add everything to the meat and fry for a few minutes. Add minced parsley over the meat, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
