Instructions:

For the banana-cucumber sorbet, peel and coarsely chop the cucumbers. Peel the bananas and put them in a stand mixer together with the cucumbers and water.

Blend to a creamy consistency and then place in a plastic container in the freezer for about 2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes or so. Arrange as desired.
