Instructions:

Clean, rinse and coarsely chop leaf lettuce. Rinse plums, cut in half and remove stones. Cut Roquefort into cubes. Break open nuts, remove flesh and skin. Peel and finely dice shallots.

Mix shallots with sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar and oil. Arrange everything on a platter and pour the salad dressing over it.
