Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Heat the olive oil and steam the diced onion in it. Add the quartered mushrooms and the chopped stems and sauté for 10 minutes.

In another frying pan, heat the olive oil until very hot and brown the chicken liver, dusted with flour and seasoned. Add the mushrooms and extinguish with Marsala. Add the whipped cream, let it boil a little and put it on the table sprinkled with herbs.

Serve: Long grain rice, pancakes
