For the cream, cut the melon in half and chop the flesh. Set aside a small part of the melon, puree the rest with the sugar and some lemon juice. Stir in the yogurt.

Soak the gelatine in cold water. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the melon puree in a saucepan, heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it. Stir into the melon puree and leave to set in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, whip the cream. Stir the cream and melon pieces into the melon puree. Cut the cake corners into small slices.

Prepare dessert glasses and pour a few tablespoons of melon cream into each, spread the slices on top and fill up with the remaining cream. To garnish, sprinkle the dessert glasses with the remaining slices.
