For the Kornspitz, mix all ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth. Let rest for 60 minutes and knead again. Divide the dough into pieces of about 100 g, roll out each piece and roll it up like a strudel.
Roll each piece in sesame seeds, caraway seeds or sunflower seeds. Place on a baking tray, cover and let rise again for about 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place a cup of water on the bottom of the stove. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
