For the caprese toast, first wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Also cut the mozzarella into slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Spread pesto on toast slices and place tomatoes and mozzarella on top. Mix garlic and olive oil and spread on top.
Bake the toasts with the grill function of the oven until the mozzarella melts.
Before serving, salt and pepper the caprese toast and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
