For the South Sea Magic, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix in oil and juice.
Fold in flour, spread dough on baking tray and cover with fruit. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
Whip cream and add sugar as needed. Add sour cream and spread the cream on the cooled dough.
Sprinkle the South Sea Magic with cocoa or cinnamon.
