For the Serbian bean soup, first chop the onion and fry in the oil. Add paprika powder and fry briefly. Then deglaze with a small shot of vinegar and pour in the beef broth.
Cut the smoked meat into small cubes and add to the soup together with the bacon cubes and all the spices. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
Rinse the beans well, add them to the soup and let them simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, thicken with a little water and flour and season the Serbian bean soup again if necessary.
