For the Jour pastry, put the flour in a suitable bowl, mix with oil, salt and water, crumble the yeast over it.

Knead with the dough hook for 5-6 minutes.

Leave the dough to rise at room temperature for 20 minutes with the lid closed, knead once more.

Form two rolls, divide each into five work steps and form different Weckerl from them.

Place the rolls on a greased baking tray, brush with water and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds, poppy seeds or sunflower seeds.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for 20-30 minutes.
