Whisk egg, sugar, cornflour and the scraped out pulp of a vanilla pod over a bain-marie until warm, add the dissolved gelatine, curd and yogurt. Season to taste with a little lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients of the crêpe batter together. Bake paper-thin pancakes in a coated pan, fill with the cream and fold into a triangle.
