A cake recipe for all foodies:
Divide the dough. Roll out one half for the base, place on the baking tray, pull up the edge a little. Sprinkle the hazelnuts on it at the beginning, then spread the plum jam over it and evenly distribute the plum slices on top. Roll out the remaining dough and place it exactly on the cake. Use a pastry cutter to make a crosswise notch in the center. Brush the dough with egg yolk, then place the rolled out dough tails back. Bake on the lowest rack of the oven heated to 220 °C for 1/2 hour. Before serving, sprinkle the reserved dough tips with powdered sugar.
