Cut rectangular puff pastry in half diagonally and then cut into equal squares. Alternately fill half of the square with : chocolate and banana, chocolate and chocolate or apple and pear. Brush the edge with a little egg white and then form a pastry bag (fold the other half over). Brush with milk and sugar and put in the oven. Bake at 150 °C for 10-15 minutes until golden: With the Betty- Bossi Taeschler it’s easier and faster!
Tip: Use better chocolate – the better the result tastes!
