Make a dampfl from flour, yeast (Germ), sugar and a little bit of water and leave for 15 min, add remaining ingredients and leave for another half hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Form 12 sticks from the dough and let them rise for 15 minutes.
Boil water and sodium carbonate, add dough sticks and pull for 1 minute.
Drain, place on a greased tray, sprinkle with salt and bake for half an hour.
