For the Nutella-Almond Ring, unwrap the puff pastry and roll out with a rolling pin. Then cut 2 cm wide grooves (for wrapping) over half.
Spread the top half with Nutella, sprinkle the almonds on top and place the marzipan roll (first roll out the roll with your hands, as wide as the width of the dough) in the middle of the Nutella-almond topping.
Roll the dough (starting at the edge with the Nutella) into a roll. When sticking together on a ring, pinch the dough together a bit.
Brush the ends of the grooves on the bottom a little with egg. This will help the ring stay together. Then brush the whole ring with egg.
Bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven. After baking, sprinkle the ring either with powdered sugar.
