For the herbed pork medallions with green beans, mash the potatoes with your hands and add them to the baking dish with a little olive oil.
Fry in the Philips Airfryer at 170 °C for 7-8 minutes, then add the green beans, the onion cut into thin slices and the finely diced garlic. Mix well and fry for another 8 minutes at 180 °C.
Season with salt, pepper and cumin, place the pork medallions on top and cook again at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
In between, pluck the herbs and chop finely. Mix them on a plate and roll the roasted, lightly salted pork medallions in them.
Arrange the herb pork medallions with green beans gröstl together on plates and serve.
