Soak beans in beef broth for one night. Make 1 1/2 hours. Clean carrots and leeks, cut into slices and add to beans form. Press part of the soft beans through a sieve.
Sauté skinned diced tomatoes, paradeis pulp and flour in the light butter. Add to the beans form, stirring throughout. Make another 15 min, add seasoning. Fold in sausage slices and the chives cut into rolls.
