Try this delicious pasta dish:
Toast the pine nuts without fat in a small pan until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Saute the onion and garlic at a moderate temperature until translucent. Add the zucchini, season heartily with salt and season with pepper, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of water.
Cover the zucchini and steam until soft, about 10 min. Finally, fold in the basil and fall together. While the zucchini is cooking, cook the pasta in enough salted water until just al dente. Drain and add to the zucchini pan form. Sauté briefly in it and mix precisely with the vegetables. Divide evenly on plates and sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.
