Cut bacon into fine strips, fry without fat until golden brown. Finely chop the onion and saute, then add to the flour, sweat until light brown. Then pour in the soup and mix firmly with the rod. Bring to the boil briefly. Then lower the heat. Cut the red bell pepper into cubes and add to the soup. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and brandy.
