For the hunter’s pan, peel and finely dice onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Cut the meat into strips or cubes.

Peel and dice the carrots. Heat oil in a pan, brown the meat, remove and keep warm.

In the residue, sauté onions and carrots, add mushrooms and let them fry. Dust with flour, mix everything well and stir in hot soup.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, adding the meat in the last 5 minutes. Add the cream, simmer the sauce until creamy and season the hunter’s pan with the spices.
