Instructions:

For the vanilla cinnamon buns, first cook the pudding normally with sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Then knead the remaining ingredients into a dough and roll it out very thinly.

Spread with filling, roll up and cut snails (cuts about 2 cm wide). Bake the vanilla cinnamon buns at 180 °C hot air for about 15-20 minutes.
